If you are wanting to be added to our Wait List for any animal we raise here at Cherokee Flats, please fill out the form below.
Sending in this form only guarantees your place on our list and does not guarantee a time frame for purchase.
Next, visit our Reservation Page and submit reservation fee order for the animal(s) you wish to reserve.
Once we have received the order, we will send you an invoice that is to be paid upon receipt or by the end of business (6:00 pm CDT) the date of invoice.
Rabbits are ONLY sold to single rabbit homes as pets unless buyer agrees to, signs and returns a Risk Acknowledgment agreement. If you are looking for a breeding pair or trio, please email us.
Reservation fees are per/animal and will not be deducted from the final cost of the animal(s) you are purchasing.
Once we have received the Wait List form with agreements signed and attached and the reservation payment, we will contact you via email and discuss what you are looking for.
When animals are 4-6 weeks of age, they will be listed on the AVAILABLE pages for their type.
You will then be able to place an order for a specific animal(s).
Once we have received the order for that animal(s), we will send you another invoice that is to be paid upon receipt or by the end of business (6:00 pm CDT) the date of invoice.
Once you have submitted the final payment per invoice, we will get you on our pick up schedule for the animals you purchased.
Rabbits, Rats, & Mice will not leave here until they are at least 8 weeks of age.
Jumping Spider must be i5/i6 before leaving and eating well.
All other animals will leave when it has been determined they are doing well and would do well going to another home.
