WE REQUIRE A 100% NON REFUNDABLE PAYMENT AND A SIGNED PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR ALL ANIMALS RAISED AT CHEROKEE FLATS THAT ARE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AS PETS. IF PURCHASING MORE THAN ONE RABBITS A SIGNED RISK ACKNOWLEDGEMENT IS ALSO REQUIRED

ALL animals must be picked up at your scheduled appointment time. Animals WILL NOT be held more than 7 days (unless they are younger than 8 weeks of age). Rabbits can be delivered to any show we attend or we can meet for a fee.

This is to make sure the animal you wish to purchase is 100% what you are looking for. As a Reminder... Any money sent to Cherokee Flats for Reservation Fees, Purchase Payments, Delivery Fees, Holding Fees..etc are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. At no time will any money sent to us be refunded, no exceptions.

Litter Announcements

Below, please find the litters that have been BORN here at Cherokee Flats. We will post individual photos once they are between 5-6 weeks old. WE DO NOT TAKE PURCHASE PAYMENTS UNTIL THEY ARE WEANED AND LISTED ON THIS PAGE. This is to make sure they are doing well and mom is caring for them. If you are interested in babies from litters that have not been listed on this page OR future litters, please fill out the WAIT LIST form below and submit the reservation fee  for the breed of rabbit you wish to purchase. This fee guarantees you a baby from an upcoming litter and does not go towards the final cost of the rabbit(s) you wish to purchase.
